5 Sterne: I already knew Buchholz from his main restaurant in Mainz, I wanted to try his second place. The atmosphere is really friendly - no frills - and clean. Unfortunately I was there in winter, so I couldn't enjoy eating outside. First good impression is the short menu, I am usually wary of the long menu: better few courses well prepared with fresh ingredient. This is the case here, although the menu is short, there is something for every taste: meat, fish, pasta, simple and traditional or something a bit more elaborated. I eat a terrific poultry liver, a wonderful cod and an incredible marzipan mousse. Wine can be ordered in glas or bottle. Service is really nice and friendly. Prices goes for a 3 courses menu, from 30 to 60 EUR Strongly recommended. - Angelo Pietra
