5 Sterne: I can't recommend Hermann highly enough. He is total professional, clearly extremely knowledgeable about Macs, and very fair. But I think that I would mostly emphasize his kind manner. When one's computer crashes, it can be really stressful and anxiety-producing. Hermann sets folks at ease, diagnoses the problem quickly, and proposes -- when possible -- a good solution.
